Audit: See the Chaos. I look at your project as a whole — not just a visual mess, but broken communication, technical workarounds, and unclear processes, where things fall apart, where you lose time and money.
Diagnose: Find what’s broken. I pinpoint the weak spots: text that doesn’t fit the layout, an admin panel that breaks with every edit, reviews scattered across three places, and no one knowing how to update the site. The things that annoy you or your team every single day.
Systemize: Build a System. I create a working structure from what already exists: guidelines for your staff, layout templates, a simple customer journey map, and a content plan that won’t burn you out. Everything is built around your real resources — no textbook “perfect” solutions.
Deliver business results. You don’t just get nice pictures. You get less routine, fewer mistakes, and less time spent on approvals. Your staff won’t break the layout. Customers find answers without calling. The project stops eating you alive.
Your project is stalling because of disorganised processes — things are taking too long, are inconvenient, unclear, insufficient, or poorly executed.
Miscommunication between clients, partners, or team leads to extra costs.
The audience isn't engaged enough, or the brand looks inconsistent across different channels.
You need someone who sees both the tiny details and the whole picture at once.
I don’t just provide a service. I solve a specific type of situation — I replace chaos with clarity & routine.
No blind spots — I've worn many hats (designer, art director, project and event manager, owner) in printing houses, ad agencies, and my personal projects — plus backgrounds in economics, photojournalism, and psychology. I understand both commercial and creative drivers, and I'm eternally curious about how these fields may intersect.
Clear communication — even across different worlds (business, creative, tech, nonprofit). Because I speak human, not just corporate — with business owners, C-levels, professionals of all kinds, public figures, and documentary actors. No translation needed.
Higher results for your business — because we can take on bigger, more complex tasks and actually deliver them. Thanks to a network of vetted specialists — marketers, linguists, multimedia pros, IT people, writers — and the synergy between us. Together, we become your custom‑built marketing department.
1. Graphic Designer & Art Director
I’ll draw your brand, layout your book, handle the printing, and help you organize the visual chaos.
A brand that looks the same everywhere, no matter which of your employees or partners touches it.
Branding: personality, philosophy, values, naming.
Visual identity: logo, colors, typography, templates, media, image bank, brand book.
Design and layout of multi-page editions: modular grids for catalogs, magazines, books, and newspapers; localization.
Print layouts: decorative paper, cardboard packaging, die-cut constructions, printing technologies, and quality control.
As an Art Director, I’ll assemble a Dream Team for your project — a cast of creative and technical experts I’ve already worked with — including visual artists, writers, directors, media production and post-production folks, marketers, targeting and contextual advertising sharpeners, and many others.
Consulting: brand audit, recommendations, training.
2. Website Builder & Admin
I’ll build your website or online store from scratch, fill it with content, and then manage it.
Website Developer:
Site structure: page templates, styles, layout
Content creation, optimization, and localization
Initial setup: domain, hosting, email, forms, basic SEO, analytics, etc.
Training.
Online Store Admin:
Product Catalog management, importing/exporting from a spreadsheet
Search filters set up by parameters
Multimedia materials and banners
Audience targeting, promo codes
Text descriptions, SEO articles
Third-party module integration
Order processing.
3. Photographer & Multimedia Editor
Images and videos that actually work for your communication — not just a hard drive full of unnamed files.
I’ll take high-quality photos for you, assemble videos, and turn your “mess of everything” into a structured archive.
Photo and video shooting for catalogs, event photography
“Reportage Portrait” — an extended (up to 24h) non-posing photo session where you live your life. More details coming soon.
Video: camera, editing, graphics, titles, voice-over, scripts, directing
Archive/stock photo organization: digitization, retouching, indexing, stock photos.
4. Project & Event Manager
Your project delivered on time, on budget, and without you herding cats — because I bring my own network of experts.
Factory openings, hand‑painted murals, die‑cut pop‑up cards, and a children's coloring book won in a tender — from commercial launches to community gatherings. I don't wait for a “typical” project. I take whatever chaos you have and build a system around it. My background helps, but it doesn’t limit me. I was that kid who loved to play with Lego.
I’ll manage your project from concept to reporting or become a featured part of your team.
Planning: from idea to schedule
Find resources and contractors
Budgeting and pricing
Coordinating team and participants
Monitoring deadlines and quality
Statistics collection and analysis
Paperwork: reporting, record-keeping, and accounting
I work toward your goals alongside you, as your partner, ally, and temporary or permanent teammate.
I work quickly and efficiently; scroll down for pricing principles.
I communicate with you as a colleague — constructively, in a friendly, respectful, horizontal, and confidential manner.
I may decline to work on your project if it conflicts with my (humanistic) values.
I’m proactive — I don’t wait for instructions; I suggest improvements.
I’m a team player — I collaborate with colleagues, align my work with the overall project progress, respond quickly, set priorities, and coordinate the team.
As a solo performer, I do all the same things, only it’s even easier to coordinate with myself.
I always proofread all texts — they must be grammatically flawless, as errors and typos can ruin the impression of even the most beautiful image.
Russian — full linguistic and technical proofreading (spacing, orphans, line breaks, hyphenation, etc).
English and Latvian — it's almost like Russian.
Other languages — technical proofreading only, working with expert linguists — Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Kazakh, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian...
And I'm looking forward to widening this list!

Floqsta Inc., USA
Dasha Kuksenko, Founder & CEO, 2026I worked with Elena at Floqsta startup, where I was the founder and CEO, and I can highly recommend her as a graphic and brand designer.
Elena was responsible for a wide range of design and branding work, including our website, social media visuals and posts, investor pitch decks and presentations, and various promotional materials.
What I appreciated most was her ability to understand and translate our brand vision into clear, consistent, and visually engaging design. Our brand was primarily targeted at younger generations, while our investor materials needed to appeal to a very different audience. Elena managed this balance exceptionally well, creating designs that communicated effectively and resonated with both groups.
Beyond her creative skills, Elena was reliable, collaborative, and genuinely committed to the success of the projects she worked on. She was a pleasure to work with and an important part of how Floqsta presented itself visually.
I’d gladly recommend her for any graphic design, brand design, or visual communication work.

Anonymous (for security reasons), Project & Volunteer Team Coordinator, 2026Hi, Lena! Speaking of the value of your work, I’d first and foremost highlight your execution skills. You’re very meticulous in your work: you pay close attention to detail, notice important nuances, and always finish the job, while also taking the initiative and coming up with new ideas.
You are reliable and communicative: you were always available and met all deadlines. Your strength lies in your ability to identify problem areas in a project or product. It is precisely these qualities — diligence, initiative, and attention to detail — that I would highlight when recommending you to a potential partner.
The original:
